August 2017

Hey everyone!  It’s been quite a while since I’ve written anything on my blog as you can see.  There’s a lot that’s changed for me and I’m attempting to get my “writing” in order.   Back in 2016 when I last posted my mother-in-law was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and given 6 months to live.  Of that 6 months she only lived a month and a half before her body gave in to the disease.  It hurts me every day that she’s gone, because she was like a mother to me.  Today is the 10 month anniversary of her death and the day that I am finally picking up the computer to begin writing again.    I feel like I’m pushing myself to push each key, but eventually it will be smooth sailing again.  Wish me luck!

Here’s a link to a slideshow that I put together to remember her just after her death, if you’d like to share her memory with me.  Wishing all of you good health!
